Hello, my name is Nahila Nzina. I graduated from Frederick Douglass Academy on June 25, 2020. I am currently attending the City College of New York and will finish my Master's in Psychology this year (2026). The Uptown Foundation has helped me tremendously by enabling me to purchase a laptop for my classes with the scholarship money. This scholarship has benefitted my learning experience, and without it, I would not have been able to purchase it for school. People should contribute to this foundation because many students are eager to learn and work hard but lack the resources to do so. By giving to the Uptown Foundation, you are contributing to the success of many high school and college students. The Uptown Educational Foundation will help students who need the academic support and resources needed for a successful education.
